Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) practice that supports your body’s natural ability to heal.
It works with your energy—helping to release blockages so things can flow more easily.Like acupuncture (but without the needles), Reiki focuses on the energy systems in the body. When energy is stuck, it can affect how we feel physically, emotionally, or mentally. Reiki helps bring things back into balance, guided by intention and directed where it’s needed most.
-
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation. Others may experience emotional release—or feel nothing at all, and that’s okay.
Depending on your intention, you may benefit from a series of sessions to support deeper shifts over time

Yes, Reiki is safe and supportive during pregnancy. It can help regulate your nervous system, ease physical tension, and offer space to reconnect with your body and baby.
Note: I do not provide direct hands on womb work during the 1st trimester, but I offer gentle touch elsewhere to support your system—and in turn, support your baby.

Pregnancy and birth are full of transformation—and often full of unknowns. That uncertainty can naturally bring up stress, overwhelm, or fear. Reiki offers a gentle way to support the nervous system through it all. By inviting the body into a downregulated, parasympathetic state (also known as “rest and digest”), Reiki helps you practice being grounded and present, even in moments of intensity or uncertainty.
This kind of support can be especially helpful when preparing for labor. The more you practice settling into that calm, receptive state, the more capacity you build to stay with what you're feeling in the moment—whether that’s a contraction or a wave of emotion. Reiki can help you trust your body, your sensations, and your intuition.

For women and people with wombs, this space is a powerful portal of life that influences the entire creative and energetic system. So much is held here—grief, power, joy, memory. Supporting and clearing this space can allow for deeper healing, emotional release, and reconnection with your body’s wisdom
I believe it’s essential to tend to this center so that women and people with wombs can reclaim their power and agency in a world that has long sought to disconnect us from it—restoring not only personal healing, but ancestral and collective remembrance

Yes, absolutely. Reiki is for everyone.
While I specialize in offering Reiki to pregnant, postpartum, and womb-honoring individuals, this practice is not limited by gender or anatomy. Reiki supports the nervous system, helps regulate emotional energy, and promotes groundedness, clarity, and healing—benefits that anyone can receive, regardless of whether they have a womb.
My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and centered on meeting each person where they are. If you're drawn to this work, you are welcome.
